2. Description of Service
Droid Apps provides a cloud API for video and audio processing powered by FFmpeg. The Service allows you to programmatically edit, convert, and manipulate media files through REST API endpoints. Processing is performed on our servers; results may be stored temporarily for download.

4. Subscription and Payment
Access to the API requires an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:
- Your payment method may be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel
- Payments are processed securely through Whop
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process illegal, harmful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload, submit, or process malware, spam, or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or networks
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures

- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Generate excessive load, denial-of-service traffic, or automated abuse
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or unrelated compute workloads
We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.
6. Copyright and DMCA-Style Takedown
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content processed through or stored on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent:
Designated agent: info@droidapps.one
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g. task ID, URL, account email)
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required under applicable law. We may restore content unless the original complainant seeks a court order.
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. API Usage Limits
Your API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:
- Basic: 3 requests per minute
- Boost: 10 requests per minute
- Elite: Unlimited requests
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable usage patterns or abuse the Service.
8. Content and Data
Regarding content you submit for processing:
- You retain all rights to your content
- You grant us a limited license to download, process, store temporarily, and deliver your content solely to provide the Service
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit and process the content
- Processed output files are automatically deleted after 7 days
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
- We are not liable for any loss of content or processing results
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your content) are owned by Droid Apps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DROID APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion
